Really comfy bed. Really centrally located hotel. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Pink Basil that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Arrived at breakfast at 9:30 AM on 3 separate days and had to wait for breakfast staff to get their food.

Had a handicap room two times in two weeks which we didn't mind, but both times told the front desk about holder for shower head broken

Great location with walking distance from the shops.
People smoking directly outside the entrance of the hotel. It was wreaking so bad if cigarette smoke. It should be kept out of the outdoor premise of the hotel wnd they should smoke on the street curb.

We would have liked the hot tub to be hotter.

I loved everything... There was nothing that I did't like.. Staff was friendly.. Breakfast was awesome, The room was gorgeous.. I will visit again..
